12. Remuneration, terms and conditions of service and facilities:
(1) The remuneration, terms and conditions of service and facilities of the Executive Director and advisers and employees of the Centre shall be as prescribed.
(2) The members shall get meeting allowance as prescribed for attending the meeting of the Board.
